Black screen or "stream offline"

A black screen usually means the channel is between programmes or briefly off-air. Games go live around 15 minutes before kickoff — earlier than that, an offline screen is normal.

If a channel stays black for more than a few minutes during a live event: force-close the app, reopen, and try again. Still black? Contact us with the channel name and your device — we monitor every stream and can switch the source fast.
