Renewals, payments and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel renewal any time from the member area — access continues until the period ends.

If a payment was taken twice or looks wrong, open a ticket with the payment email and approximate date; billing issues are prioritised and handled by a human, never by the AI assistant.
